Nature of the service
OceanViewFlorida is a marketing and referral service. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not list or market property for sale, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not provide brokerage services. All real estate services are performed by independent licensed Florida brokers and REALTORS® who may pay us a referral fee upon a completed transaction.
No professional advice
Content on this site — including market commentary, pricing benchmarks, tax and insurance material, and rental rule summaries — is general information only. It is not legal, tax, insurance, appraisal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a licensed professional in the relevant field.
Accuracy of information
Pricing benchmarks and market data are compiled periodically from public records and partner broker reporting. Market conditions change; figures may be out of date and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any specific property.
Referral relationships
We receive compensation from the closing broker or brokerage when a referred transaction completes. This does not increase the price you pay or alter your transaction's commission structure. You are never obligated to work with any broker we introduce.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, republish, or resell content from this site, submit false information through our forms, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OceanViewFlorida is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any transaction with a broker in our referral network.
Fair housing
We support Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
