What we do
OceanViewFlorida covers one thing: oceanfront and waterfront property across six Florida coastal markets. We publish honest market context, then match serious buyers with a licensed Florida broker who genuinely works that stretch of coast.
How we're paid
We receive a referral fee from the closing broker when a transaction completes. You never pay us anything, and the fee does not change your purchase price or the commission structure of your transaction.
What we are not
We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not list property, represent buyers or sellers, negotiate contracts, or provide legal, tax, or insurance advice. Every real estate service is performed by an independent licensed Florida broker.
Why curated instead of IDX
A live MLS feed makes every site look identical and tells you nothing about whether a building allows weekly rentals or whether the seawall is at end of life. We'd rather publish fewer pages with the context that actually changes a decision.
